Welcome to HelloDrive! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HelloDrive mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using HelloDrive you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About HelloDrive

HelloDrive is an online platform that enables users to buy, sell, or list vehicles and related items. HelloDrive acts only as an intermediary to connect buyers and sellers and is not directly involved in any transaction between users.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. HelloDrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may post ads, descriptions, images, and other content ("User Content"). By posting you grant HelloDrive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the Platform.

You must not post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Violates third-party rights or applicable laws.
• Contains offensive, obscene, or defamatory material.
• Promotes illegal activities or scams.

5. Transactions Between Users

HelloDrive does not own, inspect, or guarantee items listed on the Platform. Communications, negotiations, and transactions occur directly between users. HelloDrive is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, payment disputes, delivery, or any damages arising from transactions. We strongly advise users to verify listings and exercise caution when making payments or meeting in person.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use HelloDrive for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Post duplicate, spam, or irrelevant listings.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the Platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security.

7. Fees and Payments

Listing and browsing may be free, but certain features or promotions may require payment. All payments for paid services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. HelloDrive reserves the right to modify pricing or service charges at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, and content on HelloDrive (excluding User Content) are the property of HelloDrive or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of the Platform without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of HelloDrive is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Please review it carefully.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. HelloDrive does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. You use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloDrive and its affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from user interactions or third-party content, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

HelloDrive may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
